Here are the steps to book a tour with a Pass:

  1. Choose your tour and number of Go City Passes. Do not select General Admission.

  2. Select any additional tours.

  3. Enter Contact and Card details. Your card will not be charged as long as you show a valid pass at the start of the tour.

  4. Complete Booking

IMPORTANT! Changing of the Guard Tour

On Sunday 20th April our Changing of the Guard Tour will witness the ‘Lodging The Colour’ parade involving the Royal Guard.

This is replacing the traditional Changing of the Guard ceremony. The traditional Changing of the Guard ceremony will NOT be taking place on this date.

If you wish to do the tour including the traditional Changing of the Guard ceremony then do not book the above date!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ’s)

  • Your Pass can be used to book all of the above tours. Book as many tours as you like!

  • Your Pass must be valid on the day of the tour and will be scanned for validation when you arrive for the tour.

  • Your Pass only allows you to make one booking for each tour. Multiple bookings for the same tour will be cancelled.

  • All guests aged 5+ years old are required to be included in your booking and have their own Go City/London Pass.

  • If your preferred date is not available on the calendar then the tour is sold out or not running on that date. Unfortunately we cannot open up any extra spots for additional guests.

  • No. Our tours have a limited number of spots per tour. Any additional guests that are not included in your booking (including children) will not be able to join the tour.

  • All of your guests must be included in the same booking. Our guides are allocated to bookings before you arrive for the tour. If you make separate or individual bookings for your guests then it is likely your guests will be split up with different tour guides and this cannot be changed.

  • All tours are in English only. At this time it is not possible to do the tour in any other language.

  • Our tours are not suitable for wheelchairs, prams/strollers or those with walking difficulties.

  • Our Historic London Pub Tour is only available for guests aged 18+ years old. All other tours do not have any age restrictions. The Jack The Ripper Tour and Camden Tour will cover some mature themes.

  • Your credit/debit card will not be charged unless you show invalid passes, miss the tour, or cancel within 24 hours of the tour start time. Cards will be charged the full price of the tour for each person.

  • Groups or Travelling Parties of 9 or more people must contact us before booking the tour. Failure to do so will result in bookings being cancelled or being turned away from the tour without refund.
