Booking with a Go City / London Pass
1) Select your tour date and number of guests.
2) Click ‘Add Promotional Code’ and enter GOCITY
3) Enter the 12 Digit Pass Number for Each Guest.
4) Agree to the Terms and Conditions.
5) Enter Contact Details and Confirm Booking.

Bookings that do not follow steps 1-5 will be cancelled.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to book? Can I walk up?
All guests require a booking. Please ensure you book the correct date and time. Please do not attend without a booking as the tour may be sold out or not available.
What is the 12 Digit Pass Number?
Go City will provide each guest with a 12 Digit Pass Number. These must be included in the booking. Bookings that do not include the 12 Digit Pass Numbers will be cancelled.
Will my passes be scanned? What if I don’t attend?
Your passes will be scanned on arrival at the meeting point. If you do not attend your booking then your passes will be validated manually by our team.
Do my group all need to be in the same booking?
Yes! All guests must be in the same booking. Our guides are assigned to each booking in advance which cannot be changed. Multiple bookings may be split up from each other.
We are a group/travelling party of 9 or more people?
We cannot accept groups or travelling parties of 9 or more people on our tours. Groups or Travelling parties of 9 or more people will be turned away and passes still validated.
How much walking? Wheelchairs? Prams?
The tour involves about 3 miles of continuous walking with no breaks. The tour is not suitable for wheelchairs, those with walking difficulties, or prams/strollers/buggies.
What about bad weather?
Our tours run in all weathers. In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the tour due to bad weather then we will contact you by email.
Is the tour suitable for children?
The tour includes dark and mature themes with significant detail and imagery. It is the sole responsibility of the parent or guardian to decide if this tour is suitable for their child.
My booking has been cancelled - why?
We manually check all bookings. If your booking is cancelled then it means it does not comply with Steps 1-5 above or with information contained in this FAQ.
