In the arrivals hall, you'll find shops, restaurants, currency exchange, car rental and hotel reservations desks.
London Heathrow Airport Departures can be found on the fourth and fifth floors of Terminal 2, the ground floor of Terminal 3, the second floor of Terminal 4 and the top floor of Terminal 5. All passengers must clear security control before entering the London Heathrow Airport departure lounge full of shops, bars and cafes.

London Gatwick Airport

Departures and Arrivals at London Gatwick Airport
London Gatwick Airport Departures can be found on the third floor of both the North and South Terminals. All passengers must clear security control before entering the departure lounge where you'll find shops, bars, cafes and currency exchange.
London Gatwick Airport Arrivals will first first pass through passport control after leaving the aircraft. Then follow the signs for Baggage Reclaim to pick up your luggage, before going through Customs. In the arrivals hall, you'll find shops, bars, restaurants and currency exchange.

London Stansted Airport
London Stansted Airport (STN) is London's busiest airport and one of the fastest growing airports in Europe. London Stansted Airport is located 64km (40 miles) to the north-east of London. It is home to many of the UK's low-cost airlines (including Ryanair), serving mostly European and Mediterranean destinations.
Arriving and departing from Stansted Airport
The Stansted Airport Arrivals can be accessed after passing through passport control after leaving the aircraft. In the Stansted Airport arrivals hall are a range of shops, restaurants, currency exchanges and car rental desks.
The Stansted Airport Departures area can be found on the ground floor. After checking in, passengers must clear security control before entering the departure lounge for a selection of shops, bars and restaurants.
