Cancellation Policy
This cancellation policy applies to any individual or entity (hereinafter “Customer”) who books, purchases, or participates in any tour, product, or service provided by See The Sights Tours. By proceeding with any booking, purchase, or participation of any See The Sights Tours product or service, the Customer irrevocably acknowledges, understands, agrees to, accepts, authorises and consents to be legally bound by this cancellation policy along with the terms and conditions and privacy policy of See The Sights Tours in full and in their entirety. This cancellation policy applies uniformly to all See The Sights Tours products and services, irrespective of the means or methods through which they are purchased, including direct bookings with See The Sights Tours or purchases made through third-party agents, resellers, or any intermediaries. This cancellation policy applies solely to cancellations initiated by the Customer for any product or service. This cancellation policy does not apply to cancellations of bookings, products, or services where the cancellation is initiated by See The Sights Tours. Any Customer who does not acknowledge, understand, agree to, accept, authorise or consent to the cancellation policy is advised not to purchase or participate in any See The Sights Tours products or services.
1) Cancellation Method: All cancellations must be made in writing only via email to tours@seethesightstours.com and include their booking reference number. The Customer’s booking reference number can be found upon completing their booking and on the Customer’s confirmation email. Cancellation requests made by any other method will not be accepted.
2) Cancellation Period: For refundable products and services, the cancellation period is 24 hours before the product or service start time unless stated otherwise on the product or service page. If a different cancellation period is stated on the product or service page, then this cancellation policy will apply to the alternative cancellation period.
3) Cancellation Requests within the Cancellation Period: Cancellation requests made at least 24 hours before the product or service start time are eligible for a full refund. This applies to refundable products and services only.
4) Cancellation Requests outside the Cancellation Period: Cancellation requests within 24 hours of the product or service start time are not eligible for a refund and, where applicable, may incur additional charges.
5) Refund Method: Any refunds authorised by See The Sights Tours will be processed strictly using the original method of payment and to the original banking details provided at the time of booking. Under no circumstances will refunds be issued through any alternative method or to alternate banking details.
6) Refund Processing Time: Authorised refunds may take up to ten (10) business days to process by See The Sights Tours. The timeframe for funds to show in the Customer’s financial accounts will be subject to the policies, procedures and processing times of the Customer’s bank or financial institution for which See The Sights Tours does not have any control.
7) Non-Refundable Products and Services: Any See The Sights Tours products or services that have a stated non-refundable cancellation policy are not eligible for refunds of any kind or under any circumstances unless cancellation of the product or service is initiated by See The Sights Tours.
8) Deduction of Costs and Expenses: In cases where a refund is authorised by See The Sights Tours, the total amount refunded will be after any expenses have been deducted due to fees or costs incurred by See The Sights Tours in processing the refund, in addition to any expenses made by (or to be incurred) by See The Sights Tours in accepting the customer’s booking and therefore subsequent intention to participate in the product or service.
9) Right to Deny Refund Requests: See The Sights Tours reserves the full, unrestricted right to deny any refund requests, including requests made through third parties, for any reason.
10) Third Party Cancellation Policies: See The Sights Tours reserves the right to implement a cancellation policy that differs from any third-party platform selling See The Sights Tours products or services. In cases where a conflict of cancellation policy occurs to that of any third party, the cancellation policy stated on the See The Sights Tours website will take precedence unless explicitly approved otherwise in writing by See The Sights Tours.
11) Cancellation of Bookings Requiring Voucher Validation: For cancellations made outside of the cancellation period, if a third-party voucher is due for validation either before, during or after the product or service is delivered, then the voucher will be validated and cannot be refunded or transferred.
12) Charges for cancelled bookings made with Go City/London Pass: The cancellation of all bookings made with a Go City/London Pass, and which are made outside of the stated cancellation period for the product or service, will incur a non-refundable charge to the Customer’s credit/debit card of £20 per person for each person in the booking. This charge will also apply to any bookings made with a Go City/London Pass for which the Customer does not attend the product or service. This charge is broken down as: Product/Service Price (GBP £14.00) plus Reservation Management Booking Fee (GBP £1.00) plus Administration Fee (GBP £5.00). This charge will be made to the credit/debit card details provided by the customer at the time of booking. The charge will be made for the full amount owed within 30 days of the date and time of the product or service concluding. By making a booking with a Go City/London Pass for any See The Sights Tours product or service, the Customer irrevocably understands, agrees and authorises in their entirety for this charge to be made for the full amount owed. If the Customer requires a receipt for any charges then this can be requested by contacting See The Sights Tours by email to tours@seethesightstours.com and including their booking reference number with a receipt to be provided within 10 working days of the request being made by the Customer.
